Ngo, LLC, is licensed and registered as a Domestic Limited Liability Company in the state of Ohio, U.S.A., before the Ohio Secretary of State, with certified Articles of Organization, a valid Operating Agreement, and a valid and assigned Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Employer Identification Number. The Law Office of Van R. Ngo, LLC, is set-up as a Single-Member LLC with Mr. Van Ryan Ngo as the sole member and manager of the company.

Attorney Van R. Ngo’s Bar Admissions:
The managing partner and founder of the Law Office of Van R. Ngo, LLC, Attorney Van R. Ngo, is a U.S.-licensed attorney in good standing. Attorney Ngo is an active member in good standing of the Bar of–and eligible to practice law in–the Supreme Court and all Courts of the State of Washington. In addition, he is admitted to practice law before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Attorney Ngo is not under any order of any court suspending, enjoining, restraining, disbarring or otherwise restricting him in the practice of law.

Attorney Van R. Ngo’s Educational Diplomas:
Attorney Van R. Ngo attended law school in the United States and graduated with a Juris Doctor in Law. He obtained his Juris Doctor in Law from Seattle University School of Law, an American Bar Association-approved (“ABA”) law school.
Attorney Ngo also attended university in the United States in Southern California and obtained an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Hope International University and graduated with multiple honors.
