Mr. Ngo was born and raised in Quebec, Canada, and obtained his Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor in Law in the United States of America. Attorney Ngo's legal practice focuses exclusively on U.S. immigration and naturalization law. Attorney Ngo is licensed to practice law in the state of Washington and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. In addition, he serves immigration clients in all 50 states and from around the world. Mr. Ngo is a U.S. immigrant himself, as such, he is sensitive and has first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced by U.S. immigrants.
